2 things, 1000w is still overkill, and don't buy Rosewill PSUs.
Get Corsair TX/HX/AX, Antec, or Seasonic. That GPU only requires a 450w recommended PSU and the rest of the system total only needs about 550w max. You could easily drop your budget by getting a 650w Corsair TX and you would have more room to play around with a better parts like getting a bigger SSD or another 1TB drive.
