Help me with my build for High End Gaming

This is for all the gamers out there. I want to get a build that can run BF3 on max settings. I also would be running League of Legends, Dayz Mod, MW3, etc. I need my computer to easily run these games on max settings also. I will also be using Bandicam and Fraps to record my games and I'll be streaming. There will also be video editing.
So to make every thing sound easier. I want to be able to record games and stream them. These 2 are the builds I received so far, if you think there is a stronger build for about the same price, please post it up. I am looking for it to be under about $900 before shipping. What would also be a good monitor for this computer? I don't want the monitor to be over $150.

i didnt put in a copy of win7, as whoever these other people are didnt either. they also didnt have dvd drives.
youre going to want the 3570k. newer chip on a newer z77 board. i love my 2500k, but this is better. ram is ram. this doesnt have giant fins to get in the way. the other builds skimp on the power supply. theres a narrow market of quality makers. corsair and antec generally being the best; seasonic is good, and anecdotal certain models of other certain makers. you might think you are sort of getting more product with those other builds in some cases, but thats only because you are cheaping out on other parts. im not sure about the case either. a high quality case lasts more than one build and makes cable management easier, better quality fans, etc.

Because Ill need it to run Battlefield 3 on ultra even if I can't record it. Ill have to drop the settings to medium or high to record but that's fine. Can the build you made for me give me that?

I5 3570k got very good overclocking potential.

I know nothing about computers but almost every time, people reviewed the 2500k higher than the 3570k.

Stock for stock Ivy Bridge is faster than Sandy Bridge. The 2500k can overclock higher, but it isn't necessary to overclock these CPUs for current games. When it comes to it a 4.5ghz 3570k will rival a 4.9ghz 2500k. The 3570k is the better CPU clock for clock.

It's almost $100 over the other card. Is it worth it? Will their be a big difference or a small difference in frames?

There is only a 50 dollar difference between the 2 on Newegg. On quite a few games the 660ti even bests the 7950 without OC. I'd say that's worth it considering the 7950 is still more expensive than the 660ti. With some OC you can get 670 performance out of it for only 299.
