Trouble running 3 moniters

Hi all
Have just had new computer built here are specs. i5 -3450 cpu, Z77-D3H mobo, XFX 7850 graphics, Intel 520 SSD HDD, WD Sata 3 "Black Series" 2 TB Hdd.
Problem is that I'm running 3 monitors, 1 DVI, 1 HDMI, 1 Mini Display Port.
Every time i boot up i have to physically unplug the monitors and plug them in in squence. Mini Display first, then HDMI, then DVI to get all 3 running. If i don't it only uses 2 monitors, the DVI and the HDMI. Comp only recognizes the mini monitor as a fake monitor. Once i've replugged leads then no prob.
Have updated BIOS and replaced cmos battery. No joy.
Am running out of options, and patience.

I have a Zotac GT440 on my linux rig, I cannot use 2 monitors with HDMI and DVI. Only one or the other. As I understand it, DVI and HDMI is on the same channel.
