No for a few reasons. Too many watts you don't need, and not a Toughpower. Those are the only good PSUs Thermaltake makes. If it says TP, Toughpower, or Toughpower XT on it then it's good quality. I've had my Toughpower for over 4 years now and still going strong after many surges and power browns.

And just so I get this right, ASUS P8Z77-V Intel 7 Series Motherboard - ATX, Socket H2 (LGA1155), Intel Z77 Express, 2400MHz DDR3 (O.C.), SATA III (6Gb/s), RAID, 8-CH Audio, Gigabit LAN, USB 3.0, PCIe 3.0, WiFi-N, SLI/CrossFireX at TigerDirect.com With this Motherboard it means I should automatically be able to pick up the wifi signal from my router without paying for any antennas or anything right?

Ok and now regarding the cpu, is Intel that much better for the price than AMD, or should I look into AMD too?

Ok so sticking with the i5 then, now for the graphics card, does it matter who makes the video card. Is there a difference if it's asus, misi, evga, ect?

Warranties, quality, and aftermarket boards/coolers vary between each company. I tend to stick to eVGA myself as I've had the best customer support from them.
