Essentially i want a pc for games and adobe products (like flash and premier pro cs6 for example). However for the performence i want i still need a little extra money (around £150). i have a build in mind that i want but i wanted some other peoples thoughts on it and will it still be a good build come christmas time? the budget is still pretty undecided but here are the specs:

antec 300 case(£39.99)
antec earthwatts 380w atx 12v 80 plus (£34.99)
Seagate 1TB Barracuda SATA 6Gb/s 64MB 7200RPM Hard Drive(£64.99)
Asus P8Z77-V LX motherboard, Intel Core i5-3570K & 8GB DDR3(bundled pack) (£349.99)
Asus AMD Radeon 7770 HD 1GB PCI-Express 3.0 HDMI DirectCU TOP gpu (£109.99)
and then £174.18 for everything else (moniter, mouse, os etc) brings the overall cost to £778.65

I also made an alternate amd build with the same specs and that came to £660.

I am still stuck between AMD and intel but anyway; any thoughts?

First problem here is the PSU. You will need around 600w and I suggest a good Corsair PSU to do this.

Depending on the games in question the 7770 will be ok, but will lack in certain games like BF3.

Intel all the way.

ok thanks for the quick reply. for the games i was more thinking source engine games. sorry i forgot to mention that i was going to cheap out on the gpu and then upgrade it when i had enough money.

oh and im buying everything from dabs.com
