Monitors and base unit compatibility?

Can anyone help me? - I am unsure if my Acer monitor AL1716 will work with a Zoostorm intel pentium G620 dual core base unit? will it?

What ports does it have on the back? Does it have a graphics card, or just an integrated port on the board?
