This build is NOT compatible.
The Processor is not compatible with the motherboard. The processor is socket 1156, while the motherboard is 1155. If you are going the 1155 route, get the i3-2100. However, I recommend spending a little more to get a quad core.
Also, if the price difference isn't huge, get 1600 speed RAM.

I have only looked at a couple items, but scan seems to be a bit cheaper.

Besides the processor, don't get the GT640. It is weaker than the GTS 450.
