If you are talking 90ºC, that is way too hot. Check that the fan is still running on the heatsink and that the heatsink is contacting the processor properly.
Did you use thermal paste when installing the heatsink?

Edit: Your CPU may be overheating, and causing a shutdown; hopefully before the CPU is damaged.

I am wondering now if it is the program i am using, when i restarted in bios, it showed me at 40 degrees C, then i started my computer back up, and it showed 90 degrees again on the program, i am wondering if it is telling me the F temps or not

What is the name of the program? Try using HWMonitor.

Allright i just downloaded that temp log, and it shows 33 C and 90 F, i am thinking that the speedfan temp log is showing the F for some reason, thanks alot for the tip on the temp log!

Use Coretemp for monitoring CPU and GPU-Z for GPU temps.
