hi, guys, for the benefit of all troubleshooters, remember i mention in the start that the fan of the graphic card is not spinning. apparently, it was the graphic card that cause all the problem. now, after changing to another graphic card, it's working fine! thanks for all your help alas! cheers and have a nice day..woohoo...
