Graphics card upgrade

Hey guys just wanted your opinions on a few cards

ASus Radeon HD 6870 price at £139
And AMD radeon 7750 priced at £ 96

Which of the two is better value for money and what has the better performance

The 6870, you get much higher performance for £33 more.
It's been awhile since I have looked at UK computer hardware websites, but Scan has a lower price than the video card mentioned.

Assuming that this is for gaming, and you have a quality power supply of 500 watts+ go with the 6870.

Also i was wondering if there is actually any difference between manufacturers?

MSI
ASUS
Powercolor

also those two cards were just the ones i was looking at if anyone knows of any other cards just as good do let me know!

Like nvidia GTX series

I will not be wanting to Cross fire with this, and it will only be displayed on a 24 inch monitor
