One of the biggest things that make a great sniper is knowing the hiding places and how much to account for bullet drop.IF you don't play a lot it is hard to find those great sniper spots.

And knowing when to move from spots when you've been found out . Good snipers move if they've been found out.. not all people do this though.

I know people differentiate those terms, but to me, they're the same. If you suck, you're a noob.
