PC refusing to turn on

Hello.
Today, something strange happened to my PC. My PC was going well yesterday. Today, when I turn it on, it gives two beeps and the screen gives a black screen and gets stuck at that screen.
What could be the problem?
All help appreciated, thanks in advance.

This is a RAM issue. Try running with one stick of RAM. If you have multiple, that is.

Thank you. I opened up the PC, and found lots of dust. I've not cleaned it in a long time ( I should have, but I didn't xD ). I cleaned it up and it's working well now.
