Tried clearing it from the jumper? Unplug the computer, press power button a few times to drain excess power, remove battery, move jumpers for about 5-10 seconds, reinstall battery, move jumpers to original position, try to boot computer back up.
According to the manual, there more than one bios on that board, have you tried pushing the bios button in the lower right corner?
This board has a ton of options available, would be a very good idea to look through the manual first so you can familiarize yourself with it

Trust me we tried everything, we spent 10 hrs trying to get it working, sent it back as rma to newegg on friday and its on its way to California as I am typing this.
