Need opinions on PC gaming build

Hello my name is Christopher and I need any and all opinions on my gaming PC. First off, my budget is around 1,500 US dollars but this build is around 1,825. But anyway, I require at least a 20" monitor, mouse, keyboard, and hopefully you can agree on the headset too. I have everything listed below, so please check newegg.com and use the ID code and check the products and tell me what you think. If I should upgrade or downgrade let me know please. It would mean a ton. Also, this is going to be my new gaming means. I will be selling my xbox and all the games and my wii and all games once I get this (contact me if your interested in either, P.S. if you help me on this PC and are interested in consoles and games I can give you a discount just for helping me out!) built. So, it needs to run well and play games on high, if not ultra with good FPS. That being said, lets continue. I have two sound cards listed because I don't know which to get. The 25 dollar one or 75 dollar one. Keep in mind I plan on getting decent speakers and a good headset (all listed below). Oh and I want to overclock, so obviously I listed an attachment cooler. If you know of any stylish cases or anything else please do recommend. And as said before, please give your honest opinion and explain reasoning for adjustments. The base parts look ok to me, but really you don't need a sound card at all. The onboard is completely fine and those headphones use an emulated surround sound which is produced by the USB sound for the wireless.
You can drop the wrist strap too, and probably the Logitech mic too. No point in buying a gaming headset if you are going to be using another external mic. With the left over money I would get an OCZ Vertex 3/4 SSD for a boot drive to really speed up your machine.

no need for 3 Tb hd. if you really need that much space, get a few green hard drives.

not to sure about the psu.
i might shoot for a 650-750 watt corsair, antec, or seasonic model instead.

The OEM for NZXT is actually good and having a 670 his PC as a total wont require that much power. That's why I didn't recommend a different PSU.
