ASUS p5ld2-mq/vintage2-ph1 motherboard
upgraded graphic card to a Nvidia gtx 550 Ti
upgraded power supply to a Corsair GS700
heres the problem, the Corsair GS700 dont come with a 4 pin atx power supply connector
so i got a 6 Inch P4 12V 4 Pin ATX Power Supply Connector Cable Adapter
Now when i plug it all in and hook everything up press the power button nothing comes on, when i unplug the Atx cable it powers up but Monitor says no signal

The Corsair should come with an 8pin for CPU and you can use that in the 4pin hole. It wont fit in wrong, so don't worry about putting it the wrong way. Just make sure that the clip is facing the right way and you're good.

thank you didn't realize that would work, found the 8 pin plugged it in and now its working correctly.
