Upgrading CPU Fan

I decided to upgrade my CPU Fan since it causes so much noise, I decided to upgrade it to the Hyper 212+ Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 "Heatpipe Direct Contact" Long Life Sleeve 120mm CPU Cooler Compatible Intel Core i5 & Intel Core i7

The only thing im scared of is will it fit in my case? Newegg.com - AZZA Orion 202 EVO Black / Red SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
and im not really good with dimensions so could someone help.

Also I had one more question is the hyper 212+ pretty quiet?
