computer lags

hi guys!!! i was wondering if anyone can help me out. can anyone pls. explain to me what inoRT.exe is? and what is it for? something with inoculant? this process is running when booted up and it fluctuates from 0 to 100 cpu usage. it takes about 10 minutes to open excel or any data. when i end this process, the computer acts up and freezes. Please help..

try scaning it for viruses some can run processes
some with trojens
