i have a motherboard gigabyte ep41t-ud3l work fine with the graphic card nvide 8500
i bought ati redeon HD5450 but it is not working , then i tried ati hd5450 and it it is also not working ! so what do you think the problem is ? thank you

What exactly are you having problems with?

Did you uninstall the nVidia drivers before you put the ATI card in? Did you install the ATI Catalyst Control Center / drivers?

no it's not working at all , i removed the nvide 8500 card and i installed the ati redeon HD545 but i didn't get any signal to my monitor ,

What kind / wattage of PSU do you have? Did you need to plug in any extra power cables into the card? Is it seated fully in the PCI-E slot? Checked to make sure nothing else got knocked loose while swapping parts (cables / RAM / pci cards / etc.)?

So to clarify..

You removed your nVidia card.
Installed ATI card.
No signal on monitor from ATI card.
You removed ATI card.
Installed nVidia card again.
Computer works fine with nVidia card.

Am I correct on this?

Is the card new or used?
