Bluetooth not working

Hi, my bluetooth does not send, receive and find any device. Pls help

Did you install the drivers for it? From the manufacturer's site?

Did you enable your computer to be discoverable by devices? Did you set your device in pairing mode?

yes i paired it and also set it to be discoverable by other devices but still didn't work. Pls how do i locate the exact manufacture's site

Well, what is the manufacturer of it? Model number? Is this an adapter, or in the motherboard?
