400MHz vs. 333MHz

So i am getting a new processor, I was just wondering if there is a big difference between the AMD Athlon XP 3000+ "Barton", 333MHz, and the AMD Athlon XP 3000+ "Barton", 400MHz. If there is not much of a performance difference then I am not gonna pay the extra $27 for the 400MHz. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanx.

You need to buy faster, more expensive memory to take advantage of the 400MHz. It will be faster, especially in games.

I have Corsair Value Select 184 Pin 512MB DDR PC-3200 so u think that i will be able to see a performance boost with the 400MHz.

Yes, as long as the FSB runs at 200MHz you will see a performance boost in games and under heavy load compared to DDR333
