Hi. Am new to Tech-Forums.Net and would like to ask a couple of questions. First of all, is it possible to use a custom Avatar on this Website, and if so, can somebody please describe how to upload and install one??? Am unable in my "Profile/Settings" section to find a way to do this. Also, am wanting to post a technical question on this Website, but could not see "New Post" (or some similar words to that) to press so as to produce a "writing panel" such as the one this is being written on. Thanks Everyone.

You should be able to post threads most places. Off Topic and the Buy/Sell/Trade forum have minimum post requirements but they are the only ones. Just hit the black "+ Post New Thread" button and away you go.
