I just got a new computer with Windows XP (I used to have Win 98) and in IE6, I can't open multiple browser windows at once. I know usually you do File.New.Window or Ctrl+N but when I do that it just closes the current window and opens a new one. I know it sounds like it'd be really simple to fix, but I can't figure it out. :( Any help? Thanks!

Erm.. you mean doing Shift+ctrl+n? Or holding down shift while you do file.new window? Neither of them seems to work...

sheesh!,...now thats weird!wait,...i'll see what i can find,...sumhow i think its just settings

try to reset your IE settings,..go to the Tools menu, click Internet Options. Click the Programs tab. Click the Reset Web Settings button.

keep us posted!

Resetting IE settings didn't work either. :(

Shan, I can but it closes the current window and opens a new one instead.
