Need mobo and cpu cooler

I'm doing a new build, switching after 6 years of gaming laptops to a desktop.
I pretty much read for a few days and here's what I decided on, just totally clueless on the missing parts.
Desktop will be mostly for gaming, Bf3 and fps, never overclocked before but could try a bit

Case - Lian Li PC-B10
CPU - Ivy I7 3770K
GPU - Evga GTX670
Ram - Corsair 1600 16GB Vengeance
Ssd - Corsair M4
Psu - Corsair AX850
Lcd - Asus VG236H

Need..
Mobo - I would prefer Asus mobo, would like to stay with this company.
Cpu Fan - no clue which one would be good.

If you want to dabble in IB OCing I suggest the minimum of the H80.
