I am building a small gaming/htpc off a mini-itx motherboard such as this one:

Zotac Z68ITX-A-E LGA 1155 Intel Z68
Newegg.com - ZOTAC Z68ITX-A-E LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Mini ITX Intel Motherboard

I will be using this case:

LIAN LI PC-Q08B
Newegg.com - LIAN LI PC-Q08B Black Aluminum Mini-ITX Tower Computer Case

My question actually has to do with cooling. I want to install either a Corsair H40 or H60 Liquid Cooled HSF. The problem is that this small case only has a 140mm Intake Fan (in the front), and a 120mm Exhaust Fan (on top). How do I orient the fan on the radiator so that it's getting proper air and my case still has an exhaust vent?

Only way you can do it is mount the rad on top and put the fan under the rad pushing out.

Thanks. My only worry is that it won't be as efficient pulling warm air from inside the case. I guess my other option is a low profile HSF.
