Upgrading my Gaming PC - Ivy Bridge upgrade costs?

Am I looking at a big FPS increase in games from i5 + gtx 460 -> i5 + gtx 580?

It does, but you'll be waiting a long time for stock.
Yes, I went from a 465 to a 580 and there is a substantial increase in performance.

What's the difference from Reference and Stock cards? (I'm assuming you're speaking about that). I'm guessing it has to do with out of the factory settings and improved "stock settings"?

edit: Also, I wanted a Z77 Board (sorry didn't specify that in the original post), I was looking around and found this, thought it was pretty solid, what do ya think? It's $140 + $8 shipping.

No, I mean it will be a while before retailers get any in stock. The 680s are still all on auto notify and I'm sure the 670s will be too.

ASRock a good motherboard company? Only have experience with ASUS on the motherboard field.

ASRock in the past few years have got their act together. For this gen they make some pretty good boards (despite what some say).
