I've bought all the parts already. I'm just waiting on the motherboard to get shipped so I can I start building this thing.
I'm assuming the GIGABYTE GA-MA78LMT-S2 motherboard doesn't come with a heatsink or cpu cooler.
So is there decent priced one that anyone would recommend?

If the AMD is a boxed CPU it will come with the stock junk. If you want aftermarket you can always go for a cheap Cooler Master Hyper 212.
