Ubuntu to Windows 7

I've tried UNetbootin to make a bootable Windows 7 USB. After failing, I simply extracted the ISO file's contents into my flash drive via PowerISO. When I reboot my computer, however, a black screen shows up with this text:

ERROR: No configuration file found
No DEFAULT or UI configuration directive found!
boot :

What am I doing wrong?

I've solved that, but now it says "BOOTMGR is missing" when I reboot :/

I do have a file named bootmgr in my flash drive, so I'm not quite sure why I'm getting this error. Any help would be appreciated.
