HD health program recommendations?

I currently use a Western Digital SATA 160 GB with 8MB cache in my desktop.

I run Drive Health on it...are there better hard drive health programs out there? Please post them or what you use.

I guess your HDD supports S.M.A.R.T[ Self Monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology] option. No need to run any extra software to monitor your HDD health.

How to I access it? I think it does since the programs I use like Drive Health need it to use it.

I know that seagate has some really good DISK TESTING tools on there site
