Most boards come standard with 5.1 channel video, a PCI-E port and at least 1 IDE port. Your GFX you can keep. Just might want to upgrade it soon
I would stay away from Gigabyte. Their customer service is crap. Get this: Newegg.com - ASUS P8Z68-V LX LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
You don't need that speed of RAM, it will not help you in gaming. Get these: Newegg.com - G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL
I'd get the 2500K if you can afford it. If not, get this: Newegg.com - Intel Core i5-2400 Sandy Bridge 3.1GHz (3.4GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 2000 BX80623I52400
