For this upcoming Fall '12 Semester I am moving out of my dorm room and a moving into an apartment with a couple of buddies. My actually home is several thousand kilometers away and in a different country so I can't just move my desktop(which is decent but not great) from there to here. I've decided that I want to get a laptop instead of a desktop because of the portability and the fact that I'm not a hardcore gamer. Next year on the laptop if I do get one I will be playing games like Diablo 3, Guildwars 2, and WoW, etc. I won't be playing anything that necessarily requires an extremely powerful computer to run. I don't know much about laptops or building them so I'm looking at pre-made ones online right now.

I'm looking for some suggestions on what I should be looking for or what I should pick. Here are a few that I've been looking at.

The last two have upgrades for ram like 4gb -> 8gb for $70-$100 and some HD upgrades. Would something like that be worth it? Would these laptops be capable of playing what I would like to play on high settings? Which would you recommended and why?

Thanks for the help.

Yeah, extra RAM is worth it. also you'll need to factor in a decent cooler into the price. Laptops with dedicated graphics get VERY hot. like bordering on shutting down automatically.

And a low end cooler, 20 bucks or so wont do it.
