WTF ISScript.msi Old version??????

I Can't uninstall Americas Army. I go to add/remove programs and click remove, then i get a dialog box that says this:

1. The InstallScript engine on this machine
is older than the version required to run this setup.
If available, please install the latest version
of ISScript.msi, or contact your support personnel
for further assistance.

Oh, I went here: http://consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q108158
i couldn't find the version because i am trying to uninstall it. I also went ahead and installed ISScript.msi 7 to 9 and I still cannot uninstall AA.

I am currently running Win XP Pro SP 1
now SP 2

Did you try this: Delete the folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Driver from the machine.
