Ram not fully recognized

I just didn't want to point him to Windows first, because chances were it was hardware. I know a lot of people with 16gb, hell I have 16gb, and haven't heard of many Windows issues with it. I'd assume someone with that much RAM in their rig isn't running Home Premium.

It doesn't matter to me who answered it right as long as its fixed quickly and he can do his thing, its all good.
