What CCC settings should I use when benchmarking?

I'm wanting to run the Heaven benchmark to see what my score will be... what settings do people typically use in the 3d Application Settings in Catalyst Control Center?

By the way, I think I've got my overclock finalized, as I can run 30 minutes of Furmark and 3dMark 11 with no artifacts/crashes. The results... at 1.299V, I've got 1270 MHz core and 1780 MHz memory . The highest temps I've seen on 30 minute stress runs is 53 degrees. I love watercooling.

Whatever is default is usually what I would use. Forced AA and AF off.
