NEW Gaming Build - any advice on these parts?

Hello, I need a new build and need some advice on the parts. Also should I wait for Ivy Bridge or get Sandy Bridge now?( keep in mind I'm upgrading from a 6 year old PC)

Budget is $1500 or less.
PC is mainly for gaming(BF3, etc.)/video rendering, photoshop, recording "Let's play" videos with FRAPS, etc.

Looks good to me. My opinion, if you want 1500 or less then go with SB. They will only get cheaper when IB comes out.

I was thinking about that but its not just gaming, I think 2600K would help me for rendering HD videos faster after editing them

Well, since you are going to be encoding, etc... you might want to think about a smaller hard drive for just the OS and main programs. If you ever have a crash or have to reload, you won't lose all the media you have stored. Maybe have a 120/160GB for the main, and the 1T for your media.

Well, sorry I should have ment gaming type videos, as in not your main job/hobby.

i might get an SSD later, but right now it doesn't fit in my budget

I wasn't meaning as SSD, but a regular 7200 RPM HDD. but that's cool.
