is there anything fundamentally wrong with this motherboard? and what exactly sets it apart from the v2.0?(other than 400Mhz FSB?)... i am currently looking to get a board like this with some slight modifications to it, and i am wondering if it will give me all the insane overclocking potential i want.

I think the overclocking overheard is somewhat smaller than the v2.0, i believe it also doesn not have certainf features included on the v2.0 board. I'll have to look that up though as im not 100% sure. Over all i think it's still a decent board..but i mean the v2.0 is only $80...

Only idfference i could find is the ethernet controller...it's somewhat different. Theyt both supprot soundstorm, same memory, same HD support, same chipset, same expansion featres...
