Building an all-in-one?

I wanna build an all-on-one or buy one that is somewhat upgradeable(video card for sure, possibly processor too). I love the Dell Inspiron 2320 but the hardware is lacking, I doubt there is a gutted all-in-one shell you can use to build on but I was wondering if anyone knew if there was one coming to market ever or if there are any coming that don't use mobile video cards. Any tips that can lead me to a touch screen all in one that is powerful would be great.

I recommend against all in ones as upgrades will be limited.

I don't wanna buy until the end of May, but $800-$1600 I'm even opening to paying $2k if the value is there.

I just think that as the market moves forward and away from desktops builders need to carve a new nitch... standardized tablets or all in ones or laptops or we're screwed.
