Power Supply question.. (Corsair 430W)

Ah I was wondering if they did come apart a friend of mine did mention that . Cheers much appreciated.. also Im running a low end card (ATI 5570 1GB GDDR3) atm but looking just to up it abit more any ideas on video cards that the Corsair would run?

Depends on the rest of the rig. Just look at cards in your budget and see the PSU requirements.

Only low end nvidia will technically fit your psu, though reality is the lover end atis will too.

Last time I checked all the 6000 series GPUs took way less power than the 400 and 500 series. The only GPU from Nvidia worth mentioning of power restraint is the 680.
