Should I buy this video-card or a new system?

Hi I got this Asus GTX 550 card. Here's a link for it:

Canada Computers | Video Cards | Asus ENGTX550 Ti DC/DI/1GD5 nVidia GeForce GTX 550Ti Chipset (910Mhz) 1GB (4104Mhz) GDDR5 DVI-I/VGA/HDMI Port PCI-Express 2.0 Graphics Card

It cost $160, I realized after I got it that a new system that cost $400 would have a new graphics card also. But I don't know how powerful different cards are, they all sound different. Here is a new system I might get, it's $400 and it has a:

"AMD Radeon 3000 with DVI and D-Sub Port"
Canada Computers | Desktop PCs | Visionary AP5000 - AMD Bulldozer X4 FX-4100 Quad Core 3.60GHz, AMD Radeon 3000 Graphics with DVI/D-Sub Port, 8GB DDR3 1333, 60GB SSD, DVD

So do I keep my current card or go exchange it for the new system which is only twice as much for whole new PC? Or would I end up having to upgrade to AMD card to match the ASUS?

Thanks for any feedback.
