We are missing a case, graphics card and a heatnsink. What is your budget fpr this build and what are you going to be doing with it the most?
 
i would suggest samsung spinpoint f3 1Tb or wd black 1 tb rather than the slower 'green' drive that you have. the 6 or 3 gbps won't make much if any difference.
 
OK cool will do on the hdd
But as for the 3gb/s and the 6gb/s will i really see much difference in performance
whats the pros/cons if any
 
A popular set up is to have your OS on a Solid State Drive (I'd recommend 40GB or more) and use your HDD as storage or low profile applications such as Microsoft Office.

Now I need a new mobo
previous one (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813121533) had an onboard vid card but now not sure if i should wait for that mobo to be back in stock or chose a different type
any ideas on some good mobo
fyi not really going to be gaming on the pc so wont need a top of teh line vid card
