How do you upload a File via, Private Message?

Basically as the Title says people, how do you upload a File via Private message.. What Icon should I be looking for.. Thanks..

Just forget about it, was try to Fold on 3 Client PCs and send the Logs to Paton But cant Figure it out for the Life of is how to Upload a File, Video, Image, and everything else is their. And just Sat and read a 15 Minute Tutorial, wich did'nt Help.

If you can find a way I would be happy to hear it. The alternative is to upload it to a file hosting site and PM with the links.

Sorry I Feel I must apoligize, I was Tired and Stressed this Afternoon when I Posted that Childish Responce in this Thread.. Mind you I was Racking me Brains out Left, Right and Center as to Upload the File. And Couldnt figure it out for the Life of is..
