What to buy?

Basically I'm getting my old PC back off my sister, it's specs at the moment are: Intel E5220 @ 2.56Ghz, 2GB DDR2-800 and Nvidia 8600GT. All I need it for is basic word processing, FIFA 12 and BF3. I reckon I'll chuck an extra 2GBs RAM in but really am stuck as to which GPU to buy, looking to spend £100 tops inc. both the RAM and GPU, preferbly from Cheap Laptops, Computers and Cheap LCD TVs | Ebuyer.com

Case is about 6 years old, just a ATX case with a window that I got when I was 14. Mobo is a Asus P5Q-L off the top of my head..
