I'm a bit confused Trotter.
You said that he could put $30 more upfront for the 560ti 448, but he has a 6770. That's a $180 difference after rebates via newegg.
Also, He would not use close to 800 watts with his current specs

I think that the cooler master isn't worth it either, but heck, his system could probably run fine on 400w. 600w would even be over kill.
In the event that he may add another video card, and OC, I would go with a 650w.

I originally had a 6950 2GB card in my future upgrades list, and decided to just switch to the 560.
