Optimal fan configuration?

What would be the best way to arrange these fans and get the best cooling? In terms of intake and exhaust. I am able to take off fan #1 and also put it on the heat sink though. I'm not planning on buying new fans. I've labeled the current configuration.

To be honest, I'm not really sure if the two larger fans are labeled properly. I just guessed lol, because that's what made sense to me. Even putting my hands up to them, the air flow feels the exact same on both sides of it, for both of them. I know the other ones are right though, because they have markings on them. I'll have to look up the default configuration for my case and find out though

Typically, this way is blowing out:

The side with those brackets. The end the wire threads through. The side with a sticker.

Thanks, that clarifies it a lot. Going by that, fan #3 is actually already an exhaust fan, so it looks like I don't need to make any changes. Thanks for your help
