How to install a second video card?

Are you counting 3 on the video card? oor where the keyboard plugs in .

There are 2 DVIs and 1 VGA on the video card itself. The card only supports 2 at a time, though. There is also an onboard VGA (looks like a male end) that's closer to the bottom of the tower, near the rear USB ports.
