Razer Naga doesn't track intermittently

I already did that, but it didn't work.

It seems only the vertical axis work consistently.

Could it be a virus that's messing with my driver or something?

Viruses do not normally target drivers, they rather attack Windows services.

If you are within the warranty period then RMA the mouse.

I guess I will have to buy a new mouse.

They really do have a bad reputation.

I didn't keep the receipt and I have never RMA a product in my whole life.

If you RMA, you do not need to buy another expensive one.

You do not need a receipt to RMA. Call them up, I'm sure they can set it up for you.

Razer is not a bad company. One bad mouse does not mean they suck.

I bought it in future shop.

It's 90$ CAD. It's my parent's money anyway. Both my sisters earn incredible wages (implying I am a total loser leeching off my parents).

You can find people complaining about all sorts of companies and products online. Going by what is said online, all car manufacturers are poor and no one makes a good car. You can type in "(manufacturer/product) sucks" and get a lot of responses from users saying how much they hate a product or company.
It's the internet, complaining is in an abundance.

If you look at neutral reviews, you will commonly see that Razer is among the top rated.

Dude, the best I can do is ask them to find my receipt, but I doubt they will do it.
