Error When Installing Game

My friend and I are trying to install a game to play together on our PC's (Lord of the Rings Online). I downloaded and installed the game perfectly fine and am able to get in. My friend however is encountering a problem. She keeps on getting an error message saying exactly what is typed below.

Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of the assembly. "Microsoft.VC80.ATL,type="Win32",version="8.8.50.727.6195",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",processorArchitecture="x86"

What are the specs of her computer? including the OS and if you can find out if it's 32 or 64 bit. should be found under system properties.
