350W is not nearly enough for the 6800, especially if it's a no-name PSU that sometimes doesn't even deliver that
a lot of good quality PSU's will actually deliver a little bit more that what they're rated, like Antec, Thermaltake and especially Enermax
Antec and Thermaltake are probbably better for their money, but the quality of Enermax's PSU's are pretty much unmatched
