Already got a 0x000000C2 error on this GTX 570 HD, suggestions?

Hey there. I just installed this used GTX 570 HD from ebay n tested it out in BF3. Temps r 55 C idle but rises up into the 80s full load n i got this error:

I did a bit of research n it could be that the drivers r messed up, so i just reinstalled them n about to test it out again. Any help would be nice. Also, im trying to figure out how to control my fan but the option is not there in the Nvidia control panel.
 
Reinstalling the same drivers that caused a problem isn't advised. Try installing the newest drivers. If those don't work, try older ones.
