computer randomly shuts off

I have noticed my computer has been very slow lately, and firefox freezes for a few seconds alot. But, the big problem is my computer will randomly shut off. It could happen a few times in an hour, or maybe once a week. It doesent say anything, it acts as if I pulled the plug. Any ideas?

PSU, RAM, or Overheating. What is your system specs? Show us a screenshot of HWMonitor. Did you run memtest386+ yet? Run for at least 2 passes.

on a q6600 my temps are:
cpu ~80C
GPU ~83C
Hard Drives 38-45C

I dont know why my temps are so high, I havent changed anything anytime lately in my computer and it never had this shut off problem

It is shutting down because it is so hot. What is the last time you dusted out your system? Could need some new thermal grease, too.
