I hope is not too late but I personally don't like the HP computers. Most of them have a huge problem with cooling the hard drive. I will go for a Dell, Acer, Toshiba.

I bought my first MAC last march and love it. I will never go back to a pc. They cost a bit more and people try to compare specs for price. There is no comparison, way smother os, great support and you will save a lot of money and time not messing with AntiVirus or maintenance.

That is a false statement. Macs have been hitten by viruses several times in the past, but while more people use Windows, it is more worth to aggravate Bill.

Ever try Linux? It's the void between OSX and Windows, but a hell lot cheaper.
